1、现“三生永和技术”2.0样板楼正在火热建设中,每层2户,每户约150米(四室两厅两卫),建筑6层(层高3.6米),地下室一层(层高3.6米),以水产、蔬果循环系统为概念,打造出了独立每户上墙产蔬果、水产,入池种画卷的立体生产文化实现生产生态生活与艺术完美融合共生并与建筑(东南西北立面及屋)结合形成了五面立体的艺术景观视觉震撼效果达到了引领全球艺术景观视觉效果

2、每户外墙、走廊及平台实现蔬果生产和水产养殖楼板下三季水产养殖和冬季发酵取暖实现温度控制;建筑四个立面及屋顶五个面实现5A级景观化、艺术化效果融入鱼水映阁果蔬垂幕的艺术概念,实现“稼穑空天来,和谐画中人”的乡愁愿景。

II. Demonstration Building Overview

1. The Production-Living-Ecological Technology 2.0 Demonstration Building is currently under active construction. The building consists of six floors (each with a floor height of 3.6 meters) and one basement level (also 3.6 meters in height), with two residential units per floor. Each unit spans approximately 150 square meters and features four bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms.

Guided by the concept of a fish–vegetable symbiotic circulation system, each unit embodies a unique vertical production lifestyle—where vegetables and fruits grow along the walls and aquaculture thrives within inbuilt pools, creating a living mural. The result is a stunning five-sided ecological and artistic landscape that integrates production, ecology, living, and art—redefining the global benchmark for architectural landscape aesthetics.

2. Each unit’s external walls, corridors, and terraces are designed for productive cultivation of vegetables and aquaculture. Under-floor spaces enable three-season fish farming, while a natural fermentation system provides winter heating and temperature control. The building’s four facades and rooftop together deliver a five-faced, 5A-rated scenic and artistic landscape effect—featuring thematic elements such as “Pavilion Reflected in Water” and “Vegetable Curtain.” This design captures the nostalgic vision of ‘Harvest flowing from sky to earth, living harmoniously within a painting.’

V. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. Relevant Experience:

All organizations or teams with proven expertise in large-scale promotional campaigns are welcome to apply. Applicants must submit a corporate profile, with particular emphasis on past relevant case studies and campaign achievements.

2. Industry Standing:

Ranked Top 80 Comprehensive Agencies by the China Advertising Association or other recognized national industry rankings within the past three years;

Recognized among the Top 100 agencies globally by authoritative international industry rankings, with award-winning entries at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity within the past three years.

3. Team Composition:

Must have an in-house team of at least 20 full-time staff, including dedicated units for Government Relations, Big Data Analytics, and Content Creation.

4. Omnichannel Reach Capability (Documentary Proof Required):

(1) International Media Penetration:

Demonstrated content delivery capacity on TikTok or other mainstream media and short-video platforms, covering 20+ countries, including the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, North America, ASEAN, BRICS, and Africa.

(2) International Government Communication:

Successful execution of at least 3 international policy communication campaigns.

(3) Domestic Government Communication:

Proven track record in at least 3 provincial or ministerial-level policy promotion campaigns within China.

(4) Enterprise Penetration:

Experience in conducting full-spectrum marketing campaigns for Top 100 real estate developers in China.

(5) Community-Level Execution:

Operational capacity with grid-based community marketing systems covering at least 100 cities nationwide.

(6) Online Viral Capability:

Proven case of a single campaign video reaching over 5 million views, along with documented outcomes such as:

At least 3 provincial government official notices (red-head documents) influenced by prior campaigns

At least 3 successful cross-border government collaborations

At least 3 cross-border corporate partnerships facilitated

(7) Offline Event Activation:

Demonstrated experience in delivering ecology-themed summits or live events with 2,000+ attendees, with a conversion record of 100+ government and enterprise clients from such events.

七、报名办法

1、应标人请于2025年7月25下午17:00之前将报名资料投至电子信箱kedaojiahe@kedaoagri.cn以邮箱收到邮件时间为准;公司根据报名情况进行内部初选,报名截止后发布初选入围名单,控制在16家应标者,现场踏勘及答疑时间2025年7月31日上午9:00;

2、业绩文件需含①2022年-迄今同类项目结案报告,②政府/企业合作红头文件扫描件,③渠道资源清单(附联系人)。

3、方案要求:根据推广战略框架方案,制定12个月推广里程碑规划(含季度爆破事件);制定舆情风控体系、应对预案。

VII. Application Procedure

1. Submission Deadline and Pre-selection Process:

Interested bidders must submit their application materials to kedaojiahe@kedaoagri.cn by 5:00 PM (Beijing Time) on July 25, 2025, with the email server’s receipt timestamp as the official submission time.

Kedao Jiahe will conduct an internal review based on the submitted applications. A shortlist of up to 16 qualified bidders will be announced after the submission deadline.

An on-site site visit and Q&A session will be organized at 9:00 AM on July 31, 2025.

2. Required Supporting Documents:

Applicants must submit the following:

① Final reports of similar projects completed between 2022 and present;

② Scanned copies of official government/enterprise collaboration endorsement letters (red-head documents);

③ Detailed media/channel resource inventory, including contact persons.

3. Proposal Requirements:

Based on the provided Strategic Communication Framework, bidders are required to submit:

A 12-month milestone-based promotion roadmap, including quarterly high-impact campaign activations (“burst events”);

A public opinion risk management system, along with contingency response plans.

1、评审:邀请3位资深专家评委,科道稼和公司4位评委进行评审;

VIII. Evaluation Methodology

A jury panel comprising three external senior industry experts and four internal evaluators from Kedao Jiahe will conduct the assessment.

1、网络公开评审打分后确定排名顺序,在前三名中确定中标单位。

IX. Selection Process

Following the public online scoring and evaluation, all submissions will be ranked based on total scores. The final winning bidder will be selected from the top three highest-ranked applicants.

 

十、中标单位专属权

服务费:由基础服务费+月服务费组合,具体参见中标合同;

长期战略回报:授予“三生永和技术传播长期战略伙伴”铜牌;

国际分佣权:全球佣金为合作协议总金额的1%,具体由双方商定;

国内分佣权:国内省级项目佣金为合作协议总金额的1%,具体由双方商定;

终极违约条款:数据造假需3倍收益赔付,传播素材版权归科道稼和(四川)创新科技有限公所有。

X. Exclusive Rights of the Winning Bidder

1. Service Fee Structure:

The service fee will consist of a base service fee plus a monthly retainer, with detailed terms to be specified in the final contract.

2. Long-Term Strategic Recognition:

The awarded agency will be honored with the title of “Long-Term Strategic Communication Partner for the Production-Living-Ecological Technology”, with an official commemorative bronze plaque.

3. International Commission Rights:

For all international projects, the winning bidder shall receive a commission of no less than 1% of the total contract value, with final rates and terms to be negotiated and confirmed by both parties.

4. Domestic Commission Rights:

For all provincial-level domestic projects within China, the winning bidder shall receive a commission of no less than 1% of the total contract value, subject to mutual agreement and contractual confirmation.

5. Ultimate Breach Clause:

In the event of data falsification or fraudulent reporting, the service provider shall be liable for liquidated damages equal to three times the total revenue earned from this project.

 

All media content and communication materials generated during the project will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kedao Jiahe (Sichuan) Innovative Technology Co., Ltd.
